Sounds Interactive CIC delivers impactful rhythm and sound experiences that promote recovery, memory, and emotional connection across various care, education and support settings.
Sounds Interactive CIC is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company bringing inclusive, therapeutic rhythm and sound experiences to care homes, community groups, and support services across Kent and South East London.
We believe everyone deserves access to the power of rhythm and sound — to relax, to reconnect, to express themselves — regardless of age, ability, or circumstance.
We work with care homes, dementia settings, SEN groups, rehabilitation services, and community organisations — delivering calming, engaging sessions designed to support wellbeing, connection, and creative expression.
As a CIC, every penny we generate is reinvested directly into expanding access — funding free or subsidised sessions for those who might benefit most.
This is sound with purpose.
Our sessions cater to a wide range of needs, ensuring inclusivity and therapy across multiple settings, including:
Engaging rhythm and sound sessions that encourage memory, movement, and connection. Gentle, sensory-based and designed with care for all levels of mobility and cognition.
Inclusive sound and rhythm sessions that support focus, coordination, and emotional expression. Tailored to neurodivergent learners with a calm, creative, and sensory-friendly approach.
Gentle, trauma-aware sessions using rhythm and sound to support emotional regulation, reflection, and reconnection. Ideal for groups navigating grief, addiction, or recovery journeys.
Uplifting, accessible rhythm and sound experiences that bring people together. Designed to reduce isolation, boost confidence, and create shared joy across all ages and abilities.
Every session is different—but always shaped by the people in the room.
We use calming percussion, resonant instruments, vocal work, and rhythm-based play to create immersive experiences that are as stimulating or soothing as needed. From soft tongue drums and chimes to interactive rhythm circles, our approach is sensory-aware, trauma-informed, and rooted in joy and connection.
No musical experience needed. Just open ears and hearts.
Rhythm and sound are some of the most accessible and powerful tools for wellbeing. Both can reduce anxiety, support memory recall, regulate the nervous system, and foster
connection — especially in people who may be non-verbal, neurodiverse, or living with cognitive decline.
When used gently and intentionally, rhythm and vibration can shift energy, mood, and focus in subtle but lasting ways.
As a CIC, we operate on a not-for-profit basis — reinvesting all income to provide funded and subsidised sessions for people who need them most.
Every booking helps us reach more communities. Donations and partnerships allow us to expand even further.
